Irish Coffee

Born of circumstance one stormy Irish day, this mighty tonic concocted by Joe Sheridan has soothed many a wearied traveler. Make sure your coffee is strong as ʺa friendly hand", cream is half-whipped and the whiskey is "smooth as the Wit of the Land".

Ingredients
- 30ml Bushmills
- 120ml Coffee
- 30ml Cream
- 1 Sugar Cube
Method
- Put sugar cube into heated Irish coffee glass
- Pour over hot coffee and stir to dissolve
- Measure and pour in whisky
- Float cream on top
