Meet the quintessential girl’s night cocktail. This Gordon’s Gin Spritz balances tart and sweet in a fruity mix that’s so pink Regina would only let you drink it on Wednesdays.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Gordon's Pink Gin
  • 45ml Prosecco
  • 90ml Lemonade
  • Fresh Berries

Method

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Add Gordon's Pink Gin, prosecco and lemonade and stir
  3. Top with fresh berries - our favourite are strawberries or raspberries
